"Reality Filter"

..tracked a beat out for the first time on software-even though its just a normal part of the beat making process for most,i feel like i made this huge accomplishment,lol..i think the snares might be a little bit loud,and the hats a little soft,i'll probably make a few adjustments,but let me know what you think,any pointers are more than welcome.
after i get some sleep i'll see if i can post the beat from the last battle i made but couldnt get up in time...again..peace

nice beat man. it has an authentic sound to it like something from 15 years ago. Nice deep bass too. The mix sounded good too, I know it never seems perfect when you go thru the work of making a beat and then mixing it.

thanks juxt,i appreciate that a lot man....this definitely isnt really one of the better beats i got on deck,but i think it sounds decent..i was kinda going for that early slum village vibe.but yea ,i finally got everything i need,its a good feeling.. looking forward to knocking out mad shit,and getting my next album ready.

adru man i've noticed you asking a lot of good questions. i generally try to read as much as i can but i think you must study it cuz this is a really good from what i hear.

man i havent been able to get onto this site since saturday,i thought it had been down,but apparently not,i don't know what was going on.good looking on the feed though.jbl-yea man i've really been making beats on and off for a lot of years,but something has always happened life wise that doesnt allow me to keep working on music-the last couple years is the longest span i've had to dedicate to it.got the sp about 6 months ago,and i'm just trying to cover all the bases on how to get the best possible sound and how to do different effects and shit-i've never paid much attention to the technical side of things,and that can be really important.but again,thanks for the feed,for real,i'll try and post something later.1
