i searched (a little bit),

i find that the sequencer sometimes adds a extra two bars to what i do when recording... say I have a two bar loop, add some drums yada yada.. it always adds another two bars (that are empty). I dont understand why?

any ideas?

Make sure your samples isn't on Gated playback or something. I forget exactly how to fix it, but there is a thread on here that explains exactly how to solve the problem. Apparently it's pretty common, but if it's happened to me in the past I must if just kept trying stuff and different samples or anything until my sampler works. I need it to express myself and relieve the stress.

Yeah sometimes the search can be a little dodgy, but if you look at all the sp-404 posts page by page you'd probably be more likely to find it.

I've found that when the samples are set for loop that this problem occurs. Make sure the sample is not set for Gate or Loop or Both.

This should fix your issue.
