Is my 404 getting older

Guess what? All my buttons from Pattern Select until Reverse were disabled, out of function I mean totally dead! No lights, no action.
Of course I did a "restart" of the machine and everythings fine again but I was scared like fuck for a moment and I asked myself if this happenend to anybody, too and what may the reason for this. I 've bad luck right now with electronical things. My monitor box fucked up, my TV won't start anymore since today ( it's european soccer championships right now

) and my 404 is acting like a b*t*h . Am I cursed?

My 303 likes to scare me every once in a while. Sometimes it's the pattern sequencer, sometimes the samples freeze up and get warped into a sound that I can only compared to the fake .mp3 files that used to get loaded on Limewire etc. Still hasn't died yet, initializing the card always works though.

i think it's normal, i think??? but yeah they do weird things at times, almost as if they have a mind of their own. i just power down & then power up & she's back to normal, basically a Crash, i guess.... you're not alone Wax

My 606 has done some strange things over the years, but only sporadically, and so far not too worrying. These boxes do have little computers in them and it sometimes shows..

with all the hours I have kept my SP404's power on I dont think I ever had anything strange happen (hope I aint jinxed now). Cant say that about my MPCs, they do crazy things sometimes even when they were new.

I was teaching my 2 year old nephew how to play football yesterday. He's super good at controlling the ball while he's running.
