preset sound bank

I have an sp-505 with the same problem you had with the preset files, and I went back and forth with roland the same way you did. So I know what you went through. I even paid 45 dollars for someone to fix and they had the same problem. Now that I know its called the prese sound bank instead of files, I called roland and they said that they have to call japan to get the files and It may take a couple of days. I was wondering if someone could email me those files. I would be greatly appreciated. My email is [email protected], just in case someone can help me. Thanx
