since it's mine i voted for select patterns too. BUT it only says 1 vote so whatever. it's not big a deal. i'd have to say that branding is not my style and the zen of ... rocks but sp-101 seems akwerd, i don't know why. actually i really liked sp aces as well.

i didn't notice "select patterns" when these were going around, but i really like it, so that's where my vote goes.

even tho i put sp/aces forward.

i think select patterns has the double meaning of "you can select your patterns" and "these are the forum's selected patterns".

tho "zen" and "lo-budget" are ways i live my life and it would be great to see them in there too....

So, now we got a name ...but what about the music?!

Can't we just pick some older tracks from us or do they have to be mixtape-exlusives; which might be cool but I guess that would take to long.
I can't choose a name... I always name my music after it's done.

Waddup wax. Man, I'd say any of your battle beats that I've heard would be perfect for the mixtape... so don't stress about making new beats. Whatever works for you... of course you gotta have some tracks on there man.

Zen probably means different things to different people on here, but for a short definition as applied to our title I'd say that it means finding that zone... being at one with the universe through your music... really feeling it.

Well, the people have spoken. Thanks to everyone who participated. Now I guess we can move on to coming up with some artwork and continuing to pile up some dope beats!
