alright..this is a song from a late 60's soundtrack "farewell amanda" from a movie called "the love machine" its got a lot of eerie sounds,some strings and weird keys...i put the drums on the same download right before the sample..

yea man..i know i told you i was gonna post a soul joint-but i guess i picked this cause i know cats are gonna freak the fuck out of the sounds in all kinds of ways,i'm looking forward to hearing a bunch of bugged out shit :shock:

yo in about a week im getting a mixer,eq,and a soundcard to run software..it'll be ON

you don't need a mixer dude...just use the EQ's inside of the program you use to record...

for instance you can get Audacity or one of the other free programs, record in through your soundcard, use some VST EQ's which will be better than any mixer eq's anyway and be waaaay better off...

all that aside, I WANT MY 303!

I had a beat I was starting but I just track out and post it and start this project with an empty sampler, since us 303 cats don't have as many banks or pads the chops have to be worthy.

im really digging all the beats so far,this is gonna be a dope battle,shits sounding nice...i wasnt gonna use any of the really high pitched strings at all,now i'm having some second thoughts,lol..drew-its ill how you made the snares almost sound like some rim shots,and the way you chopped the strings is somewhat simmilar to what ive been working on..sp,nice chops,i dont know how you got that whistle sound though,lol..antee i like how you put different segments of loops together-all and all some really tight stuff so far

That was a really choice sample. I could have put more effort into it but I've been a little sick lately so eh. Still I thought it sounded pretty cool. Now that mine's uploaded I can check out the others.
