ya, sp 3.14 is a sick idea.

For a theme I think it would be sick to show how everyone is from different parts of the world. I think it would be cool to have a picture of a map on the album cover with a "X" or something to mark every participants aproximate location.

Man, I really like Sample Perverts, from wax... or Masters of the SP from juxt. Sample Perv's addresses our SP'ness, as well as our sample based production, so I think we should go with that... then add whatever volume it is.

I really like the idea from Juxt of picturing a globe on the cover. I think between the name "Sample Perverts" and the picture of the globe we are gonna be hittin on many levels.

Let's save the mixing and mastering discussion for another thread.

So does anyone else think that Sample Perverts vol.1 with some kind of depiction of a globe is totally and ridiculously on point? you know what... Sample Perverts may already exist though... fuck. Lemme do a search...

Yeah, I like that one too, but for clarity I would prefer "The SP-101 Mixtape: The Zen of low-budget sampling". Just so it's obvious it's a mixtape and not some tutorial.

Together with sp-forums The OST the best names so far.

i can master the tape cuz my school has pretty dope mastering tools.. I usually put all my 404 beats thru SPL Tube Vitalizer, TC electronics finalizer and finally spice em up with Solid State Logic master compressors and EQs. (all hardware) so the mastering won't be a problem if y'all lemme do it.

I thought of something with the unique number of pads too, but then again,
some use the 303 - 8 pads
some use the 606 - 16 pads

and so on.
