Signups re-enabled with small fee

We have re-enabled signups for new users.

In order for us to activate your account, we require a small one-time fee. This is NOT a subscription. This fee should disincentivize spammers and bots from signing up, while still being low enough to be affordable for most people who can afford to own an SP

When someone signs up, they should automatically receive an email with the payment link. But for people who tried to sign up before we included the payment link in the email, they can simply use this link:

This only apples to new users whose account has not been activated yet. If you're reading this, you can just ignore all of this.
