Powerwank recomendations...

Post by Girru »

Hi.

I just bought a Ripcord so I can plug the 303 off the laptop for when I is chillin' in bed an' ting. Duz any1 have a recommendation for a powerbank for SP purposes? Preferable one that is slim and yet has good amp hourage. Don't wanna get a cheap, no-name Chinese one (for quality reasons and geo-political ones - we've really got to stop sending them all our money!)...so I'm looking for a less cheap, branded (but still inevitably made in China  ) one instead. Cheers, big ears.
Up yer bumz.

I use a bunch if different power banks (think i have like 6) I have a few higher amp ones that I use to power my Elektrons that draw a heavier load.

But the one i use the most for my SPs are the sample anker ones i get off of amazon. I have bought a bunch but they usually range from 40 to 60.

This is the one I use most with my Sps. Think there is a newer version, i bought mine like 4 years ago and use it all the time. :o

Reasons i like it:
its slim and yet has good amp hourage.

I also use mine with ripcords(404 MKII + SP-303 kits). That reminds me i have to get one for my 404 OG soon! I basically just use them for couch sessions, since i rarely get to touch grass in the daylight without the kiddos these days
The other i have i got for free when i was working a security gig, tbh they all kinda work pretty decent. most of them are also ankers.

birdcord (https://www.songbirdfx.com/) + anker powercore 26800 was my choice, because it can power more than one piece of heartware at once
