Loop point in trim mode

Loop point in trim mode
I hate that it seems randomly thrown in the middle every time you want to start adjusting your loop, you always have to drag it back.. sometimes I set the loop point by eye forgetting to drag it back first and it throws me off, I never get used to it. Anyone else? Wonder if there is a setting to keep it at the beginning by default.

Heyyy thanks. Now I understand why.. I wonder how hard it would be to implement a hot key to toggle between keeping the loop point glued to the start or leaving it independent. How about shift + resample? I mean, hitting resample by itself in this mode toggles zero crossing…. Maybe it is faster just to go counter clockwise every time but it feels slippery and dodgy to me, especially when you have to zoom out every time to allow it all the space to move.

Yeah, there's definitely room for improvement for how we edit start/loop/end points... and even without loop on, it might be nice to see where the marker is so that it is more obvious what is happening.
Just my 2 cents though.
