Sounds like a grounding issue. Do you live in an old apartment/house with old wiring?

thanks for all the help, I recently moved and brought my 202 with me to see if it was just the places power, but no difference. I just find it so weird because the two units that I own make the exact same noise so surely it cant be something gone wrong??
