Audition samples while pattern is playing?

hey guys! I've been looking for this in the forum with no luck.

Is possible to audition your samples while your pattern is playing on the MK2?

Could u hit record pattern and switch it to rehearsal mode? Not too sure exactly what you’re looking to do:) a comprehensive mk2 guide gets posted here so maybe have a look there if you haven’t already:) feel free to explain some more im sure some1 will get back to u:)
