Hello friends! First time here putting on a battle!

Me and 1616 should be proposing samples.
If 1616 is reading please reply and tell us which samples or rules you suggest. Here i tell you mine, everybody is free to choose mine or wait for 1616.


The rules are:

1. Using only SP. External mastering in DAW is possible.

2. Samples are:

You can choose one or two or try to combine togheter
You can use your own drums, bass, effects, and more
Vocals are accepted but the beat must be predominant

In keeping with the "simpler things" approach, the melodic samples are all from the first 15-20 seconds of the piece.

Recorded the sections in pattern mode on 404A, bounced to 202 (in "normal" for some extra crunch), then used resample to stitch the parts back together on the A. Sampled my minilogue for the bass notes and added those in via resample as well.

Doesn't come close to the quality that everyone here has been putting out lately, but I Hold No Grudge!
