Maybe the SP-0lympics can be broadened a little bit, to not focus on what one can do with a specific machine but what can one do with limitations of their own making. If you only have an sp404, and you submit a 404 tape, then your category would just be 404.... That's how ninjas used to act rite? always about the flex! only VINYL! only TAPE! I wanted to say LIVE DRUMS ONLY on my last post (no quantize, no sequencer)....

Not to long ago I did some sp-olympic type events in secondlife but for visual novels ~ My experiences with doing these type of events has led me away from 'judges' and 'winners' (drama)~ That's maybe what the boyz need to get their game on tho, I personally don't like it. If we do it for reals, I suggest not doing it as an organized competition but just an excuse with some guidelines to have fun and breath life into this sad lil bunny who seems sick with neglect.
