I just sold my Mc 505 on ebay for £230 (about $460) so i'd say $200 is a pretty good deal. They're nice machines great for live and great for sounds, but wasn't really my thing, I had it a few years and i just wasnt using it to its potential so it had to go!

Nada! I'm really into making my own sounds, I can play quite a few different instruments, I've been a drummer for 11 years, I can play guitar and I have a microkorg for that kinda synthy stuff, so when I got my sampler I decided it would be like a fresh approach to start making my own sounds rather than that pre-programmed 505 stuff. I just don't believe in keepin the gear I'm not using, even though I guess it comes in useful now and again, but I usually need the money anyway.

i got one of these and its pretty cool,

the faders are alot glitchy er then i thot they would be.
everything else is alreight, the presets are all fuzzy and
pretty much sound like mc 505 presets except the drums sound
better full blast, its more studio friendly then a mc 505. the low
boost in mc 505 is pretty much the low shelf of any sp isolaotor.

i got it all hooked up midi and shit , theres a few things i kinda find dumb
or maybe im dumb, i dont know how to save samples internally properly
but i deleted all the preset songs .

also if anyone knows the midi numbers for filter cut and reso please let me know thanks.

usually it is:
74 for Cut-off
71 for Resonance

but maybe some bits of gear have it assigned differently
