7 effects don't work.

Hi everyone.
Today I received the device. Everything
seems cool, but later found that 7 effects from the list do not work at all. Probably a hardware failure, but maybe someone had something similar? Here is the list.
303 vinyl sim/lo-fi/chorus/warm saturator/compressor/overdrive/distortion.
Nothing happens when activated. Just silence.

You have to go to the second efx page by pressing this dial button. Somewhere there the level is set to zero.
