Pattern Full?

Post by ewokietalkie »

Every time I try to record a pattern (in realtime) it says "pattern full!"..I have a 256 mb card in it, and I even deleted the previous pattern I made before and it still won't do anything...any help?

606 ain't perfect

I rock a 512 card & have encountered this prob before: "Pattern Memory Full" which was ridiculous since I only had like 40 patterns made in the thing.
This is a glitch in the machine. Turn it off, then back on again.
If that doesn't work, delete a few unneeded patterns, then off/on it-
If not try smacking it- just don't accept the pattern full thing.

I have even done the software updates from Roland, and had this happen a couple times after. Just bulldoze through it somehow~

How many patterns do you have made in the machine?

Are you sure your 606 is recognizing the card?
How many pad banks can you access?

have you downloaded the most current software updates and properly applied them?

When i filled up my on-board memory, it wouldn't let me do anything without telling me my memory was full. So maybe try moving some samples from your first few pad banks onto your card.
