cant find manual..need some quick help

im a dumbass and cant find my manual for shit...i cant remember how to delete back up data-can someone let me know real quick?i thought you were supposed to press cancel and delete/banks cd ef...etc and press delete again then choose the number..and fucking erased all those banks and two finished beats,when i pressed the banks..it took like a minute and im like "no!please stop.."lol...i'd appreciate it if someone could let me know,thanks

press Del and a Bank C-J button at the same time
the screen will say Bdl
then select which of the 12 backups you wish to delete, then press Del again
