No direct "Sidechain effect" or "Ducking" on the SP.
But you can assign the same effect "isolator" to all the samples except you kick sample (so you can approach something like the Sidechain or Ducking effect I think).

if your using the resample function to produce loops, turn the kick volume up louder than the rest of the samples when you resample your drums and use vinyl sim or compressor. adjust the volume of the kicks until it sounds right to you. Same for pattern sequencer just hold remain to apply the effect to all pads.

I know you want to see if you can do it on the sp but I think it's easier to go ahead and track the beat out and do it on the DAW of your choice

I've made a video on how I approach getting that side-chain compression type sound on the SP-404A, hope this helps! https://youtu.be/uHO2qLG3ceA

I find stacking fx by resampling the beat into a new pad using the comp, iso, vinyl sim and whatever suits the beat can give a vibe
