Yeah but talking facts I had a very rough relationship with SP404SX. I got it for around 200 dollars (it was crazy). Then about two years passed and I thought "Nah I can not do anything with this" and I put it up on sale. When I put it up on sale I thought why shouldn't I work my last things and beats on the thing.
I fell in love with the machine. Idk why but I started making beats and they sounded...okay(-ish). I started studying or what you call it: learning from better and getting influenced. I made 8-10 beats in a month or so and gonna publish them when I get more equipment A.K.A Audio interface and some cables! I ain't going to sell my SP404SX
