SP 404og noob

Hey this is my first post after a couple of days with the Sp404 OG.

I made a pattern with sounds in bank A, but I can't edit them as far as volume and gate. Is this normal? It doesn't say anything in the manual about it, or maybe I missed it

Overdrive leans a little to the left on the high end. Is this normal? I know it shouldn't matter because it's lofi, but I'm hoping all functions of the board work

You may have figured this out by now, but to edit the stock sounds on banks a and b you need to disable the protect function.
