They really fucked up . Stopped comments on all their youtube .. and no direct access to problem solving.

My friend got a new laptop . I've helped install everything twice .. tried to locate patches n vst . Nothing is showing up. Instead of allowing people to run older versions of Maschine .. you can only access the latest version .. which seems to be the root of the problem.

All Komplete packs and standard sounds not working .

Don't buy .. they will have you chasin circles with no real resolve .

This brand is not professional.
I remember buying Maschine (my first "sampler") a few days after its release and 1 year and half later the usb in, broke. Native asked me for money (don't remember exactly how much): knowing in europe we have the European warranty which is 2 years for EVERY products who are sold with a defect (poor fabrication components is a defect): SHAME on you Native.
Same later with Komplete audio 6 which has a major problem with windows with click sounds (each time you would use it, you had to desactivate a battery option in the OS setting... WTH ?).
For years it was a pain in the shh to download updates with their f**ing Native account and software.
I would never ever buy/ use a NI product again but I know people who are very happy with their tho.

I feel like alot of companies get that many correspondance they can't keep up . But there is also a lack integrity as you mention with the 2 Year Warranty.

I'm gonna avoid big installs . That's when things get sketchy .

Its a real draw back .. especially on mac. OS conflictions with software versions . Also had issues trying to make everything work on a pc laptop
