and, what program can cut a kick, snare, hit hat or smthg ? coz i saw the producers are cutting drum kits from a old records, im bored to download drum kits from p2p.

When you recorded a drum pattern you can easily add some samples if you press 'rec' in pattern select mode and then hit the button of the pattern you want to edit again.

If I got your drum cutting question right, you want to get your drumsounds off a vinyl record, right? All you need to do is to connect your record player to your SP (via LineIn), hit the 'ext source' button and then record the section you desire to one of the pads. Then you can cut out every drum seperately with the resample function.

I hope this was of help for you.

Im not sure I understand the setting bars question. All you gotta do is make a pattern and let it loop for as long as you want.

I finally got a digital camcorder 8) -I'm gonna put a video on youtube soon if the sofware part aint to dificult for me. I'll cut drum out from a record as an example

yeah, i know that the drum pattern is looped, but when i need to add a sample line its only have long that bars in a drum loop. when the drum loop is "4" the sample is "4" but when i need a some others combination for a refren part or smthg?

the vid will be very nice

when you first hear your sample you should get an idea of how many bars you need to make your drum pattern. You can add more bars but you cant take away.

If you want to switch up your beat you can

-use isolator (all 3 knobs turned down) to mute (in real time)
- use http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q5q90OmW7EQ to copy pattern and add/delete whatever.
- create/recreate your pattern and add/delete whatever

It all depends on how much variation your beat needs.. Sometimes a 4 bar loop can kill everything, but for example when it comes to sp-battles i won't go out under 20 patterns... 8)
I do it like you mentioned.... Create a basic pattern, and copy, copy, copy, copy, copy and again copy it. Then I change a bit here and a lil more there...

yeah man I made videos in freedom of speech forum. It wasnt as informative as I planned it to be because I had trouble fitting everything on there and I'm not exactly the best camera man. Maby I'll put more information in the next video if you want.

u dont need recycle. But its a good program. you can chop on your 404 using the mark button and the start/end/level/. Quality is as good as u make it. To make a complete track the best thing to do is to create a series of 2bar, 4bar, or 8 bar loops in the sequencer and then play them in your desired order into whatever you are recording to.
