but if you wanna use the sp-303 portable - NO PROBLEM

i use my sp-303 with a USB Powerbank (usually for smartphones, tablets, etc) and a USB to 9V Power-Adapter (i bought it on myvolts.com )

the bigger the capacity of the powerbank the longer you can power your sampler.

That's a killer deal at $13.99. I spent around $40 for rechargeable AA batteries for my 404sx.

I assume you found one, if not they have them for a few dollars on eBay. Now grab a pt01 skratch and go tear it down on the block. Just bring some friends, cause fools be that jack move.

I did not, no clue about that stuff. A link would be most appreciated. And for the pt01, been observing a few on eBay. That just looks like too much fun.

I've been using the vestax handytrax I bought back in the day to scratch 7inch, but I would recommend the pt01 scratch with a mini innofader and shure m44 cartridge/tone arm upgrade if you're looking for a portable set-up.

This was actually a little bit unclear, So I try to clear it up, because I just get it working...

1. you will need a powerbank that have 2,1A output

2. you will need step up convertor to boost 5V to 9V
I ordered something like this

but it doesn't work
It just doesn't output enough power (Ampers)
Now I figured out, that you will need step up convertor that can output to 2A of juice
Ordered differnt one:

This one can be opened and you can resolder the cable, swap positive and negative output, that Boss needs (Negative in center, Positive around)

And that's it
it works

I tried 2 powerbanks
with one I have to plug the powerplug into SP303, turn the SP303 on, than turn on powerbank with it's power switch.

with the second one, I have to plug the powerplug to SP303, turn the powerbank on with it's power switch, than turn SP303 on. It takes a second to SP303 turn on and powerbank resets, but than everything works together...

I didn't notice any hum in SP303's output
