^Free records?! Hell yeah! Looks like some interesting stuff. Post a track or two if you get a chance man. Conceptionland with that yellow submarine style artwork... a dude named Kayak (right? wonder what that sounds like?)… and the guitar record, all fire up my curiosity.

I got a box of freebies I was gifted a while back that I still haven't had a chance to go through. I'll post some pics/tracks if any of them turn out to be decent.

It’s some strange Prog Rock band I think??

I couldn’t believe it myself. I picked up my AN200& 2 midi cables, and they had a box of records. I didn’t want them all, (I don’t have a vehicle, so it got heavy picking up the stack with my new toy).

Someone on my fb feed was giving away 4 crates of FREE disco/house/funk records(something I want more of), but by the time I sent a message they were spoken for. Doh!!

But yeah, I picked up some other stuff at a record fair. It was mostly a rock n roll crowd(especially most of the dealers were old). But it was fun. Next record convention in Seattle is in October so I’ll save up for that one for sure. MUCH better finds than the thrift stores!!!

^Damn... I like that first track. Reminds me of Yes (a personal favorite of mine)... like you said, prog rockers. Good shit.

I'm gonna have to check out that Seattle record convention. I need to seek out some new digging spots too... maybe this weekend. 8)

Thanks man. Added it to my calendar. Now we just have to wait til October... waiting... waiting...

I wonder if there are some summer ones up here as well. Maybe big swap meets that aren't billed as record-specific events?

Not that I know of. If you got wheels, drive around for garage sales, and you never know if they got a stack of records they’ll part with.
