yo loco, I used to buy optimum nutrition gold standard 100% whey - but not the 100% natural one cuz they dont sell the natural one in europe - can you believe this shit??? fuckers anyways, I stopped to take it as I started to have some CRITICAL headache when approaching few excercises. It may have been caused by small amount of sleep I had but the situation scared the shit out of me hehe. Now I got holidays
^^ bro, I used to buy ON Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein too and never had a problem with it...but I recently started buying another brand just because I found a better price and almost the same quality... so for my whey intake now I use Universal Whey PRO (the same makers of ANIMAL PAK) then for a Casein replacement I couldn't find anything better than the current ON Casein... and I'm just giving a try to this new ON Hydro Builder, I always take like 3 - 4 protein shakes daily (w/breakfast, at work, after workout and before to sleep) 2 of this are casein (work and before sleep) and the other 2 are whey protein...
Good practice it is always drink A LOT of water when you are taking all this stuff... I drink at least a gallon of water daily... that way you protect your liver besides being well hydrated give you better results during workouts...
Workout is most important for a human body, because, if you are take work to your body in case your body comes in running, which is really good thing for your health and also for good health you should eat good type of foods, because, good foods also prove good for your health ...

Yeah, I work out a lot, it makes me feel good. I also love this cbd oil, cause it helps me to exercise more and more and not feel the tiredness. I bought it on https://www.marijuanabreak.com/cbd-as-a-neuroprotectant. It's not so expensive and there are various types of them. You can try it too, if you want.
Hahaha. I’m trying to figure out if this is a legit post or ad spam.
I’m an avid runner and I love blazing up before heading out for a long cruise. Gets the mind right in more ways than one. The rhythm of running is also pretty musical. The best pace for me is counting steps as 16th note triplets... going to 17 before repeating, to avoid always hitting odd counts on the same foot. Best turnover rate (bpm) is 60... 3 steps every second, 180 foot falls per minute. 17 counts takes me out of song-mode, but I’ve read it’s better for avoiding injury in that u avoid developing a gallop where one leg is stressed differently than the other. Man I love running.

Good shit GB.
Spring till fall I work out 3 times a week, pushups, pullups, plank, Dips and rotate dumb bell reps in. I love how you feel after working out. Fall and winter, I eat and drink like a slob.
No, I don't. I tried to develop myself and started doing sports. So my mother was against it because I have a lot of questions with essays. Now I ordered them https://studymoose.com/how-to-write-an-analysis-paper and seem to do yoga.
various pull ups at least 20-25 a day. As warmer weather hits I up the reps. I love bicycles and I'm in a semi good riding city. Water, wine, coffee, fruits, nuts, grains, vegetables, meats. I try to eat real things that aren't created in labs mainly and avoid as many chemicals as I can in food.
