Pitch down roll effect?

Does anyone happen to know if it's possible to replicate the 404 effect that does a pitched down roll that a lot of people use in their live performances?

at 8:52 is the effect I want to replicate on the 606

the 404 (and the 555) is the only sp to have the looper effect, so this effect is not easy to be replicated; anyway an option wich could come near is to combinate tape echo (for the "pitch") + feedback reaper (to adjust intervals on the fly)...in alternative, you could try pitch shifter+ feedback reaper (this time trying to change delay time too)...tell me what the result is, cheers
