Hello again.
I really have to ask to Roland because this is really messing with my head. I got a IDE - ATAPI PIO mode 0 to 4 IDE to SATA converter. As it is PIO mode 0 to 4 I bought it right away, and the result was promissing. Immagine a SP 808 with a SATA HD!!! Great.
And it worked to a certain point. It recognised the HD formatted it, but, like with other HDs it didn't sample and when connect the HD to the PC you see it created 3 partitions. So, back to the drawing board. My last chance is to try to find a AKAI sampler upgraded to the MCard reader. E-Bay, here I come!
