ye i build the whole track (chops/drums/vocals) in the 404
ill bounce it out to garageband only to side-chain the drums
then record back into the sp
pretty much all resample method
ive made a few tracks with the sequencer, but i dont really fuck with it too much

btw - do you do anything special to line up your chops/drums with the vocals? or do you just use a metronome when recording with the resampling method?

just alot of playing it by ear and mashing the bpm button
usually use something like http://www.all8.com/tools/bpm.htm to figure out where everything is at, then adjust whatever needs it
