Hey guys.
I have a problem with my SP 202. The headphone jack is loose and I am getting no audio through it. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to get this fixed?

Take out the back four screws
Remove the back cover.
The copper shielding can be lifted up in that area enough to see what's going on. If the pads are lifted from the board you are going to have to get a bit creative (which we can revisit after you open it up). This is more than likely the issue.
If the solder joints are just cracked, reheat them with some fresh solder.
once you have it open take some pictures.
