404 og help
What up y’all. I’m having some trouble with a 404 I bought recently. Whenever I press a pad to play a sample, I have to tap it twice or else sound wont play. The pad lights up as if it’s playing but there’s no sound until I press it again. I can’t even make a loop cause I have to press the same pad twice. This shit sucks, my sx doesn’t do that. Is that how the og’s work ? or is it faulty ?

Is that how the og’s work ? or is it faulty ?
No dude,that's definitely not how the OG's work.It could be several things but does the same thing happen on every pad on the sampler or just on certain ones ? If so It sounds like there could be an issue with the contacts underneath the pads which could be causing the pads triggering problems.
I had a similar problem with my old Sp 808 some years ago so take it to a repair shop is my advice here.

Sorry man, did you mean about the issues with the op's 404 or my problem with the pads on the 808 ?
