I need to up my sp skills
Your beat blew mine away &
I spent like 3 fucking hours on mine.
I voted for your beat, I liked it a lot.
I normally don't like a lot of djfxlooper,
but I really like how you handle yours.
It didn't sound excessive to me, I liked the vibe.

These battles are teaching me a lot.....
Helping me see my bad habits & the things I need to improve.....
Also limiting myself. I make beats on my sp all the time,
But I also bounce around & depend on a lot of gear........
I normally don't use ONLY my sx when making a beat,
so I'm lovin these battles....
I'm forming a deeper bond with my sp

Yeah, it literally took me about twenty minutes, but in all fairness - I chopped the beat, made a loop, resampled it with looper, delay and all that (made a cca 3 min take), and then just recorded a take with everything else on top - but, there's no form to it, as in intro and some dynamics - it's pretty straightforward...

Guess I'll have to make a new version, I really like this beat. And gotta add some bass, man, the OP killed me right there with not allowing it lol

Holy shit! That's even better, like you said - not a lot of ladies doing the beat making, especially on the SP... Friend of mine is doing live looping, some world music, lot of Balkan influence (the name is Kezz - check her out on YouTube, she's great. Not really my type of music, but hey, I respect everything that comes from heart, and she's full of good vibes and ideas).
