hey peeps, i bought my 404!! :D
Now just after getting it off ebay...im sittin here waiting for it to come. and i realise a silly mistake i have made.
Im from Australia, and the Sampler is coming from America. Of corse the differant powerpoints is one problem...that can be remedied with a convertor or a new cord, but if Aussie powerpoints put out 240v, then what do the American SPs require/take? Or are they the same anywhere around the world as long as i have the genuine Roland SP cable?

The 404's are all the same, it's just the power cables/supplies that are different. The Power supply takes whatever comes out your wall socket and converts it for use by the 404.

I have a 404 with a U.S. power supply. Apparently it uses 100-240 volts. Here are some pictures I took.
