Oh yeah I saw this a few months back. Amazing how Mike saw the new MV and said it was underwhelming compared to the original MVs. Too bad it got canned, I think that would've been perfect for me, oh well.

Funny, I never used the MV timestretch. I just pitch tune the sample for speed and use Pitch Shift fx to restore its sound. Something I hinted at Roland many times to get rid of the lousy timestretch on the SPs and instead use pitch-tuning and then we can use Pitch Shift if we need it like a timestretch.

yes, i know Ill, man...frankly, i use to to do that on the mc909, too bad no one (roland, akai, whoever) thinks about it...you have a big fader with timestretch+pitch at same time, (or separated) in the machine...
