use sonar?

does any one use the included sonar le with their 555?

i used it with the included software. i already use acid , but i was curious to see how sonar is. i set it up and just did basic tracking. as i was playing around with it i noticed the midi feature set was simple and amazing. i never really used midi except for basic syncing, but since i tried it i'm anxious to learn how to create beats within a DAW. i'm from the hardware set top box varispeed school of production.... i used sonar le with a maudio fast track. i was thinking of upgrading to a new native DAW and cakewalk is impressive, (I still love Acid though) so i bought sonar 7 producer edition.

have you had any sucsess exporting a track to a different file format or convert it or anything?(a track recored from the 555 via usb)
