anyone have any recommendations?
i've been teaching myself how to play on a kit in a practice space that i've been renting out but i'm not going to renew my rent. i dont have a place to play a real kit without annoying people in my apt building, so electric kit is the next best thing.
or if anyone in NYC/Brooklyn have a practice space that they are open to sharing...

Only thing I’ve heard is even with an electric kit is you need a heavy rug under it. The kick as faint as it is will ring through to the neighbors below.
