Hi guys,
I'm newbie on sp404sx and in this forum.
My english is pretty bad so sorry if my question is not enough clear.
Well, I m record some sample from YouTube and similar and I just wondering about the bpm. How can resample with the bpm and record the drum with bpm?
I try the sequence patterns but the bpm is not correct, I don't understand why.
Thanks you!

Re: Bpm and stretch
I'm not sure if I understand your question, are you referring to the bpm of the actual sample? It's not listing the correct bpm? If so, you need to enter in the bpm of each sample manually.
If you're referring to using a loop in the sequencer & the loop isn't in time with the metronome, but the sequence is the same bpm as the loop, then this means the start of the sample/loop needs to be trimmed better.
If you want to time stretch the sample, 1 way to do it is to: Select the sample, hit the time/bpm button & mess with the 2nd knob (knob next to the volume knob), it sounds wobbly (works best on drums & small bpm changes).
I've had the 404sx for a few years & know it really well, if I didn't answer your question or if you have more, I'll try to help
