sp 505 lofi beat tape/audio blackbook session: sp-505 / january 23rd - 2017 (prod. by skaem)

I went to the flee market one day & bought one of those plastic containers filled with records for $10.. I had purchased my SP-505 for $80. I created & released this entire beat tape within 2 days including the cover art. I eventually made visuals for a couple beats off of this project. I named it this for I feel like it would be one of my graffiti blackbooks if it was in audiobook format. January 23rd - 2017 was written in a blackbook of mine around the time (2012-2013) I was experiencing delusions & severe schizophrenic as voices in my head told me something will take place on that day much like a prediction or prophecy.

sp-505, zoom h4n & numark ttusb

Lofi hip hop tape compiled with beats & interludes produced by skaem. The gritty sound from the sp-505 lofi feature is used heavily on this beat tape as the crunchy, warmth & tape hisses brings a serious to joyful feeling to the listeners. Many vibes throughout this 15 minute beat tape as it plays like a record covered in interstellar dust or a cassette tape formed by the same dust that God gave Adam from the Bible to breath & give him life as we know it.
