I'M NOT SURE SP-FORUMS.COM = CHOPONMYKEYBOARD.COM
Re: how do i transfer samples to my keyboard
I'm assuming you're talking about a midi keyboard.
Download ableton (if you don't already have a DAW, you can download trial version for free), drag or record sample into software, use the slice to midi track function that comes up when you rightclick on sample in ableton. That's the only way I know how to do something like that, except on an mpc which I'm assuming you don't have or you'd just use that lol

Re: how do i transfer samples to my keyboard
thanks for ur responce.. I actually don't use a computer only hardware .. I have a cheap Yamaha KB and a novation k station... just figured it would sound better to add effects to a sample and have it chopped on the keys to see what comes out .. if u can help me there it would be much appreciated

Oh ok, I personally have zero knowledge on those particular instruments but definitely take a thorough look thru the manuals if haven't yet, you can probably find em online somewhere if you don't have hard copies

The only way to do it would be to chop the sample on the pads of your SP and play them via midi using the keys of your keyboards.
As far as I can see (after a swift Google) neither of those keyboards have the ability to play user samples internally.
