Hi Guys,
New to the forums, but i've been lurking around for months. This place is an amazing resource and i've learnt a tonne of stuff.
I've been making beats for a good 13 years+ and recently bought myself a 404sx for playing live on. I basically read the forums front to back to help me figure that out and think i caught the sp bug a bit. Just recently got myself a 303 to sit alongside it. It's really nice not having to be sat at the PC to make beats and the combo of the two boxes has resulted in a nice little work flow as a bit of a breather from the computer.
Anyways, here's the first beat i made since i got the 303. Still finding my way around, and i'd probably throw in some effects/ switch ups/ drops if i was gonna use this for anything, but thought i'd put this up as a means of saying hi, and for a little feedback.

Re: First beat on the 303
Solid, was that resampling or sequencer?
Re: First beat on the 303
Cheers man. Resample all the way, haven't felt the need to bother with the sequencer yet. There's something really satisfying about crushing everything onto one pad, you gotta plan it out in your head and then just commit to it. You use the sequencer much?
