yo forget the word "lofi" and any other trends when you make music. i think the best way to progress, after you know the basics of how to use your gear, is to try to make what you want and think about what's working and what isn't. Have fun, get lost, believe in yourself and you'll learn a lot. It takes time and effort. just speaking from my experience.

i get that this isnt feedback on the beat but i think it is useful advice for improvement in the long haul.
