Loading an OG 404 backup into an SX

hi yall
i had an old project on a sp404 og version
i backed everything up on a memory card the right way

now i have a 404 SX version

is there a way i can get these original backup files into the newer sx? i tried just dragging them onto the SD card etc but no luck. i think the formatting might be different.

hey man

i don't think there is a way to 'update' the backup files. my best bet is that you export your og's pads as wav to your cf card, and import them on your 404sx

Somwhere in this subforum was thread with reversed-enginered 404SX file structure. Do you remember that? With knowledge about OG and SX structures it should be quite simple to write converter. I'm gonna do this xD
