All right I admit this doesn't belong on this forum...
But when I record a sample on my mpc and go to auto chop it, it comes up saying insufficient memory. I have deleted most of the files on it so I'm not sure why it persists saying it. I'm still getting used to it. It's not got upgraded memory but surely there is something else at play here. Hope someone can shed some light on the subject.
Peace

Re: Mpc 2500 problem
The MPC works a little different from the SP.
The SP uses samples direct from the memory card while the mpc uses samples from it´s RAM and stores samples in the memory card/hdd. To use samples on the MPC you load them from the memory card/hdd into the RAM, witch is 16mb standard on the MPC, so not alot. no mather ho much you erase from the memory card it won´t make more room for sample time, you need to expand the ram.
I hope this clears things up a bit.
