still. i don t understand if this machine is JUST one-shot mode as the damn other electribes....(what i hate the most on those machine)

On the Korg Electribe ESX the two "synth" parts can be played in Gate mode. I haven't used the new Tribe Sampler yet.

I haven't used the ESX2 but the EMX2 is frigging amazing. I kind of regretted purchasing it at first, but then my sp 303 and sp 404sx and I were separated for a while. I was forced to learn the EMX2 inside and out and damn, this machine is incredible. I'm actually planning on using the hack to turn it into an ESX2.
