Peak Indicator Light not reacting.

I'm baffled on this....no matter WHAT I do the Peak Indicator light will not respond to my audio levels. I have maxed out the volume levels on my external instruments as well as the Roland SP-404SX and the light simply does not respond. I was trying to do some Auto Sampling when I noticed this...and I assume because of the the Peak Indicator issue the Auto Sampling isn't triggering (READY LED simply stays at READY and nothing can be triggered to be recorded). Any suggestions on what I can do before I get in touch with the vendor and ask for a replacement?

if it doesn't trigger in auto trig sounds like you have a line in problem rather than a peak led problem. Can you sample without autotrigger?

Yes, I can sample without Auto Trigger. Peak light still isn't available, but I can still sample. Thanks!
