Hello, my name is Corie Blount.
Maybe you know me as a former NBA player. I play for the bulls when Michael Jordan retired from basketball. This was a very frustrating time for me. If he haven't took the time out, I'm sure you could call me a nba world champion today... (I still hate you for this, Michael.)
This was a bad start for my career, and it culminates in 2008. I was arrested for possession of 29 pounds of marijuana. I was sentenced May 13, 2009 to one year in prison. This was a very boring time, but luckily my old friend Nick Van Exel was able to smuggles me a laptop, SP303 and 404SX in my prison cell. So I made use of it and produce a short beat tape.
Nick gave me the advice to use effect MFX12 on 404SX and Vinyl Sim on the 303. After he telling me this, I just compressed the shit out of my tracks.
I deliberate a long time if I should release this tape. Today I decided to do this via Queen A Pawn Records. Please don't be to harsh with your critics, this is my first and will be my last tape.
