doesn't necessarily have to be.. those were just the first 3 that came to mind because Dibiase and Jonwayne are SP-forums OGs, from what I understand, and Koji Kondo was Nintendo's most important original composer. Figured might as well use someone other than Mario, and went with Jon mainly because he has a similar body type.

It only took an hour to put together. I certainly won't mind if yall don't use it

In my drunken delusion I thought maybe if I sent him the cover art and he liked it he might contribute a track for the tape. i'll be back in a minute with mario on the cover.. just gotta scarf down this breakfast first

yeah, i think it was a bit delusional, but then again i have seen him participate in a stbb battle.. plus Dibiase not only came through for a recent sp battle but also let me use his track for the winner's circle mix and shared the video for it on facebook, so ya never know.

is the sp in the image in its own layer in photoshop? could reduce the contrast a tiny bit to bring the outline of it out a bit more. small nitpicky thing though, doesnt really matter. other than that im more than sold on this cover if everyone else likes it

cool, glad you dig it! Sorry i didn't spend more time on it.. ridiculously busy these days.
I made it with gimp and windows paint crudely so its all one layer now. Anyone can feel free to edit it if they think they can enhance it.

the skew on the font at the bottom-right was off. looks a little better now. Still pretty gnarly tho but I predict some of these beats will be just as raw

wouldnt worry about that, we all sample in lofi.....we aint lookin for anything but rawness aha
