Cleaning pads on the 404?

Alright, so I bought a used OG 404 off of ebay a while ago and absolutely love it. There is ONE problem though. The pads are pretty brown and look bad. I am assuming that the old owner smoked because they reek. Is there anyway to clean these or will I have to replace them?

try some duster fluid (general furniture spray on a cloth .. should remove the dirt broseph
