I had around an hour of material and decided to split it into two tapes. This one is more loose and experimental, as its kind of like the rejects of the next tape.

here's one of the last verses that i wrote for it

let the funk begin
more dusty wax from grungy bins
to form bouncy tracks to bump for shits and grins
but still pumped with substance
i still have little patience for nonsense
when they say someone lost it, what was lost was logic
i kick philosophy like Socrates
i kick wholeheartedly like soccer teams

this form of art is my form of wings
flying me higher than the flower white, orange and green
and thats from a guy that might sorta be
sporting more bowls than Mike Jordan's team

so ill, that rhyme's quarantined
i unwind as i'm orbiting
the sunshine that i'm worshipping
i love life as mine tortures me
the bad times, handled accordingly
make good times that much more supreme
that's why i'm seldom envious of anyone
lives of yuppie winners don't look like any fun
and as for comfy hipsters that just trust in trust funds
i'd rather hang from a dump truck than with those dumb dumbs
and the billionaires who buy cruise ships in lump sums
their titanic egos doom them from the jump
once at the top, rivals come at you from all angles
so i'm not at all mad that the climb is so gradual
i'm actually glad that the obstacles block the views
thats what lets my third optical socket loose

I actually listened to this a week or 2 ago, forget where I came across the link. Really feeling the beats & the lyrics, the whole vibe. Mad poetic and the beats fit everything perfectly. Really glad to see you still at it man. Hope all's good back in Lawrence
