and let me tell you, it ain't easy selling prints online. The other day I posted a portrait of George Carlin to the drawing subreddit and it got 300 upvotes and 10,000 views, and sold not a single print.

I don't use my twitter account but was thinking I should, partly for that reason and partly to compile some of what i think are my best lines into the #ChopperManual ... not sure to tag them as that or #RhymesUniversal .. i digress.. I've sent drawings to all the artists who accept messages on facebook and tagged all of their instagram accounts to the montage above, which was linked to the imgur album. Got likes from Del the Funky Homosapien, Boots Riley, J-Live, Nezbeats, Milkdrop, A-F-R-O, Peanut Butter Wolf, Homeboy Sandman, 9th Wonder, Georgia Anne Muldrow, Run The Jewels, Mr. Lif, Mac Lethal, and Approach on instagram, and also got a few nice responses on facebook, including Carnage using his portrait for show fliers and a temporary profile pic, and Homeboy Sandman had me design a street team logo for him https://instagram.com/p/6r2GKWuuWg/?tak ... boysandman
Some of the coolest shit that I've done, and its largely thanks to local legend and homie Johnny Quest ( https://johnnyquest.bandcamp.com ) for setting up the art show that gave me the motivation to power through these drawings. Its getting much easier but it was pretty damn tough at first. I needed a kick in the ass to get it done.

i hate to brag or namedrop, but i'm about to do both anyway..
i took Kris's advice and was posting the drawings on twitter and noticed that Mr. Dibiase's profile pic is my portrait of him. Quite an honor!
